📦 Ordering

We accept orders through our website, via phone call, and email.

We request that you order products for the service 72 hours prior to the time you request to receive them.

🚚 Delivery and Shipping

We currently offer delivery to areas within North, North-West, and Central London.

Delivery days: Monday-Sunday.

Delivery hours: 09:00am- 18:00pm.

We are able to deliver directly to the funeral director or service, such as a church or crematorium.

If no one is at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor, unless otherwise instructed.

🌷Substitutions & Product Variation

We work with flowers and foliage that are seasonal and fresh. Occasionally, specific stems or varieties may be unavailable due to supply or weather conditions. In such cases, we reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions while maintaining the style, colour palette, and overall quality of your arrangement.

Each arrangement is hand-crafted and may vary slightly from the product images shown online.

All payments must be completed in full before dispatch.

❌ Amendments and cancellations

Standard orders may not be cancelled after the order has been placed.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a description and photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
