At The London Funeral Florist, we take pride in our efficient delivery service. We aim to provide clear information about our delivery methods, packaging, and associated costs.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring your orders are carefully packaged and promptly dispatched. We strive to deliver your floral products in a timely and secure manner, prioritizing the freshness and quality of our products.

Shipping

We offer delivery across North, North-West and Central London regions.

We request that orders are placed at least 3 days in advance of the service date, to ensure the freshest blooms.

Standard delivery: Monday-Sunday, between 09:00am-18:00pm.

Standard delivery is £5.99 and free on orders that are £180 and over.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos if:

Your flowers arrive in damaged or in poor condition.
You receive the wrong product.
There is a delivery issue.

We will offer either a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund depending on the nature of the issue.
